REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION :
Registration procedure :
- 1st step : pre-registration (before 15/05/2010) : please fill this
form (hit the link below) . You will receive a confirmation mail.
Choose your category in the tarification options.
- 2nd step : payment of the registration fee (before June 10) : please
use the dedicated web site, quoted in your confirmation mail, for the
payment of the fee. The invoice will be automatically generated.
Registration will open on February 12nd 2010; details will be given in the 2nd Circular.
For participant registered before May 30st, 2010 : 250 Euros
For participant registered after May 30st, 2010 : 295 Euros
The conference fee (250 euros) covers conference materials, a free copy of the proceedings, admittance to the entire scientific program, refreshments during the session breaks and offical dinner..
For fellow local (France) researchers, professors and assistant-professors, the registrations can be made individually or through their laboratories. The registration fee is 121 Euros for which you must add the cost of the official dinner in case you attend this dinner.
For accompanying persons, the registration fee is 70 Euros. (dinner included)
There is a 95 euros special price for students, welcome cocktail included, refreshments during the session breaks, proceedings included, dinner non included
